This Privacy Policy explains how INFINUS d.o.o. processes personal data relating to visitors of infinus.rs and infinus.co.

2. Data we process and why
We may process:
- contact form data, including your name, email address, telephone number, subject, message and any attachment;
- job application data, including contact details, LinkedIn profile, CV and other information submitted by the applicant;
- technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time of access.
We process this information to:
- respond to enquiries and prepare or perform a business relationship;
- manage recruitment processes;
- maintain the security and reliable operation of the website;
- analyse website traffic, subject to consent where required;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our legal interests.
The applicable legal basis may be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, INFINUS’s legitimate interests or your consent.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required for us to respond to your enquiry or consider your application. Other information is optional.
3. Cookies and analytics
The website uses technical data and cookies necessary for its operation and security.
Google Analytics and other non-essential analytics or marketing cookies may be activated only after you provide consent. You may refuse or later withdraw your consent through the cookie settings. Refusing non-essential cookies will not affect the basic operation of the website.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data may be accessed by authorised INFINUS employees and service providers responsible for hosting, website maintenance, email, analytics and other technical support, only to the extent necessary for their work. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities when required by law.
The website is hosted using Vercel and may use Google Analytics. Certain technical data may therefore be processed outside Serbia, including in the United States. Such transfers are carried out only with appropriate contractual and other safeguards required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- business enquiry data is retained until the communication is completed and afterwards for as long as necessary to protect legal interests;
- job application data is retained until the recruitment process is completed and for no longer than six months afterwards, unless the applicant consents to longer retention for future opportunities;
- technical and analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention settings of the services we use.
Data may be retained for longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions prescribed by the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, you may request:
- access to and a copy of your personal data;
- correction, deletion or restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- the right to object;
- withdrawal of consent, without affecting processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection through poverenik.rs.
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing of your personal data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
